7pm - 8:30pm: Socializing and Networking
8:35pm: Flamenco Performances
8:45 - 9:30pm: Salsa Lessons by Dance with Style
9:35pm: Lucky Draw
9:35pm onwards: Continued Latin music and celebrations all night
DINNER MENU - Maximum Dining Participants - 64 guests
STARTING: Selection of Iberico Ham and Mushroom Croquet (1pc of each per guest)
TO FOLLOW: Gambas al Ajillo market fresh prawns fried with garlic and chilli infused olive oil ( 1 order for 2 pax sharing)
Galician rock octopus, sea urchin mayonnaise, and Spanish “De La Vera” paprika potatos (1 piece per guest)
Homemade spicy Chorizo Catalan style (1 order per 2 pax sharing)
MAIN COURSE: Zafran suckling pig with sweet red apple puree and Oloroso Sherry (1 order sharing for 2)
DESSERT: Chocolate Brownie with Tonka & Lavender Cream (1 order per guest)

Slot A 7:00pm-9:00pm - if you arrive 7:30pm to 7:45pm that is still ok to choose this time slot.
Slot B 9:10pm-11:00pm - if you choose this one, you’ll be skipping the salsa classes, but will be able to experience everything else
