We offer dances such as Salsa, Bachata, Merengue and more. However, if you don’t see here what you would like to do, don’t worry, just let us know your thoughts. We can pretty much create any kind of dance class or workshop based on any dance form/style and not just those mentioned above! Dance is an excellent way to facilitate communication and connection among your team members, while providing exercise and mental stimulation. Dance has been shown to improve memory, decrease stress, and build emotional intelligence – while being incredibly enjoyable!

MASTERING THE ART OF ENGAGING THROUGH CONNECTION, LEAD & FOLLOW – Leads & followers are asked to pair up and establish who is the lead and who is the follower. Partners work on a basic open connection. The instructors explain the role of the leader and the role of the follower. During this activity, participants learn and practice important rules of leading and following. Participants first practice without the steps and then with the steps. During this activity, the instructors will ask either the leads or the followers to rotate so they can practice connection, lead and follow with a different partner. The goal of this activity is to make sure that the connection is executed properly so that when the leaders are initiating a move, the followers are responding without anticipating.

We can be anywhere you want, so wherever you are, we can come to you. Pretty much anywhere with a wooden/hard floor is fine. If you’re already away at a specific location for the day/weekend, then it makes sense for the dance workshops/classes to take place right where you are.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  • Activities are typically one hour but can be extended as needed.
  • Taxi/ferry fare for the instructor is charged if the venue isn’t near MTR.
  • Flexible booking from Mon-Sun based on availability.
  • Full non-refundable payment required 2 weeks before the event.
  • Dance studio rentals require full payment in advance and are non-refundable, even if the activity is canceled. Studio rental fees are in addition to the team building activity cost.

To confirm, full payment must be made at least 2 weeks before the first day of the class/event using the following methods:

Cancellation Policy: 50% refund if canceled 72 hours before the first lesson, no refund thereafter.”
